I'm looking for biomechanics experts and physical therapists (DPT) to explain the core’s role in running (looking for some fresh takes on this, like this is extra important now considering how much time we spend sitting when we're not running or somesuch), and then share signs that a runner might need to work on their core along with ways to address weaknesses (this should include specific exercise moves but also what to think about on the run or when to do the moves—like as a warmup to activate the core, or something).
