I'm focusing on Blinds (vinyl or aluminum), Cellular Shades, Roller Shades, Roman Shades, Curtains/Drapes, and Interior Shutters. Any cost information you can provide on the cost for materials and the cost installed for each type would be extremely helpful. I'm also looking for information on what factors affect window treatment costs, the pros and cons of professional installation compared to DIY installation, and tips on how to save money on window treatments. Also, I want to get a professional's opinion on what next steps homeowners should take if they decide they want window treatments, but they're not sure how to go about choosing a type of treatment.
