Based on the findings, I’d like to give the readers actionable steps they can take that would increase the likelihood of longevity. While the study mentioned certain medications, the average person might not have access to these.
The study mentioned eating yogurt, but what other dietary characteristics might promote longevity? Also, beyond exercising, what other behaviors might help? While a person can’t change their genes, are their certain things they can do to promote epigenetic changes that would favor longevity?
