I'm working on an article about how over-reliance on AI can impact soft skills, particularly for the younger generations.
If you fit any of these criteria, you're probably a good fit:
--> Gen Z job seeker or student who uses AI frequently and either notices or suspects soft skills like collaboration aren't as strong as they could be
--> Teacher who sees this happening with your students (for example, students use AI to answer questions instead of coming to office hours)
--> Leader/manager who hires/manages early-career employees
I'm especially interested in hearing about situations where AI is replacing human interactions that could build useful interpersonal skills. See: the office hours example above, or people who go to chatbots instead of talking with peers/colleagues.
If you're interested, please send 1-2 sentences about your POV and I'll be in touch if I can feature you.
