I'm looking to connect with neuroscientists and a range of mental health experts who specialize in ADHD, including clinical psychologists, licensed therapists, and counselors, for a story exploring how certain eating habits, like defaulting to takeout because cooking feels overwhelming, or eating the same meal every day for months until you burn out, may actually be signs of undiagnosed ADHD. The story will also include expert-backed strategies for improving these habits while managing the challenges of ADHD.
